Can Collagen be absorbed orally? Best ways to absorb Collagen?

Yes, collagen has been one of the secrets to keeping beautiful skin and hair - but what is the best found way, to absorb collagen into the body? Can the Stomach absorb it? Can it be Absorbed Orally?

Collagen is easily broken down when taken in supplement form - so the actual collagen that you consume does not mean that it is replacing the lost collagen you need for your skin and hair and other areas of the body - but this is not the point and reason for taking collagen in the first place.

You don't need collagen to replace your own collagen or keep up with the bodys collagen requirements - you just need to eat and take collagen via supplements and eating the right foods (such as bone broth which is rich in bone collagen) - this breaks down in the body, but the building blocks for this collegan are perfectly available in the body, in the correct ratios - this is enough for the body to use this for creating it's own collagen!

It does work, and this is the reason it has been working - currently the best collagen supplement I have tried, in powder form (not in pills) is called "Great Lakes Gelatin, Collagen Hydrosate" and is found anywhere online, from Amazon to other websites and not too expensive at all - I get the green bottle, which I find most effective for me - taking 1 spoon a day, but you can take more.

Many people have said that collagen does not absorb into the body, so no point taking supplements - but there is a noticable difference for many people who have taken it, usually 2-3 weeks. I thought you cannot make changes to the skin and hair in this short amount of time, but it seems you can, as I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Hope you found this post helpful - please share with family and friends!
